She just put in a washer dryer unit for a lady who has been renting from her for more than 20 years. My mom loves her and when asked she was happy to do it. I'm with you when it comes to rent control,  Official NBA Trail Blazers shirt  but I fail to see how anything else you cited is the problem, especially when it comes to housing. This is a simple supply and demand problem. These cities have all the jobs and limited housing. People need to live near where they work in order to take advantage of the job, which increases demand beyond supply. That causes rents and housing prices to soar. What we need to do is increase supply, but because we're dealing with real estate, there's only a limited amount of space where we can do that.
