Most states require you to sign up for Medicaid with a license, mailing address, etc. When I was homeless in Seattle, Medicaid required an ID (Which I thankfully had) and a mailing address that couldn't be a PO Box. Thankfully I kept a Box at a UPS store that didn't register as a PO Box in their system. Most homeless people aren't so lucky.Thanks for the info. I’m in Massachusetts and here the state partners with health plans to administer the plan, so there may be more incentives to locate the members and inform them of workarounds similar to what you did to ensure the plans are getting paid from the state for the member. Massachusetts is the sort of state that actually staffs it's health programs, provides very useful live human phone support, and forgives missed deadlines whenever possible. I live there too and recently went from jobs with healthcare to independent contracting, so I've discovered some of this firsthand. From my chats with homeless people around my town, their complaints tend to be more about social security payments than health coverage.

It doesn’t matter if the police didn’t report his name. CNN and the NYT both reported his name and information hours after the shooting and continue to post articles about him as they get more information. His name is all over the internet. Literally nothing has changed because one less person said his name and we found it out (with much more information) an hour later.I don’t know how the U.S government can do anything to stop these acts of violence (I’m from Canada). There’s just way too many guns in the country and too many people who profit off of the circulation of these weapons. Some will argue against heavy control for the sake of defense and protection againstcriminals/government tyranny. Others simply want it for recreation/hunting. These are all reasonable and respectable when the weapon is in the hands of a responsible gun owner. The problem lies in who is and isn’t a responsible gun owner. Merry Christmas Football Is My Favorite Season Pittsburgh Steeler shirt Sweater

I want to say thank you to all for the tremendous amount of support. I'm not sure how yet, but if you can show your support for the victims' families. I, fortunately, get to walk away with my life. That's all I can ask for right now. My family is hyperventilating right now, but they get to see me tomorrow morning. The victims' families do not, they lost loved ones to an unexpected and dreadful event.
