You don't shoot the
tank with the rifle. You shoot the fuel dumps. You shoot the transformer
hanging off a power line, and then shoot the men who show up to repair it. Soon
there are no public works employees. You disable train tracks and factories
with well placed explosives, you mangle road traffic with IED's. You kidnap,
torture, and kill the families of your enemies - something the Taliban or NVA
could never have done to US troops but it would be totally different here on US
soil. You do that until no one wants to volunteer to fly those drones or drive
the tank because they don't want their family to be killed. You burn crops. You
light the whole fucking nation on fire, because at the end of the day, when
they hurt you, they'll fucking pay.It would be a dark time in US history. But
you have to wonder, as bad as that is, do you think a government who totally
disarms you, and no longer fears you will treat you better for it? Look at
China with their social credit system, look at the United Kingdom where they
are arresting people for thought crimes.We've had high capacity
semi-automatics for decades and decades, while mass shootings like this have
only recently become a trend.
